Modify your bookings online
Quickly and easily modify a booking at any time. Simply navigate to the 'Bookings' panel in our Booking Engine and from here you can make any necessary changes .

Hotel Confirmation Numbers
You can find Hotel Confirmation Numbers in all your bookings. Head to the 'Bookings' dashboard in our Booking Engine to find it at least 14 days prior to check in.

Finance Requests
Our self-service tools also allow you to handle important payment and finance tasks quickly. You can review all bookings pending payment, cancellation fees, commissions due, and more from our Bookings dashboard.

Our self-service tools are available for all active bookings, however, if the bookings are amended offline (either via email or phone) by one of our customer service or account managers the booking will lose all its self-service functionalities and will have to be handled offline moving forward. This means that the self-service options will not be active anymore, including the cancel and refund functionality, and you will have to contact our payment and commissions offline team via email at prepayment.na@bedsonline.com and will have to wait for a resolution. Emails are answered on the order they are received.
