In order to provide you with an extra level of care during this critical period, we would like to share some of the solutions applied to bookings of €10,000 or higher*, made available to you as of Wednesday 20th December.
*These solutions are available for any booking equivalent to this value, regardless of currency.
Proactive booking reconfirmation: from the moment a booking is made, our operations team will reconfirm the booking with the supplier. Please note that your hotel confirmation number (HCN) will only become visible 14 days before the customer’s arrival date.
On-demand room description assistance: Should you find that the information is not clear enough on our website or in your booking, a member of our team will be on hand to share details on the room type.
On-demand ‘pay by link’ CC collection solution: Should the value of booking be higher than the merchant limit or if you encounter any issues when paying online, you can contact our call center and they offer you a pay-by-link solution.
